Parisima Talent is looking to hire competent professionals in various roles. They have established an array of hiring criteria for each position, providing a clear pathway for potential candidates. The available positions and their corresponding specifications are listed below:

1. Waiter/Waitress Parisima Talent is looking to hire Arabic or Tagalog speakers with at least one year of experience in the hospitality industry, either in hotels, catering, or restaurants. The hiring company welcomes experience from the home country as well. While the position is open to all, a preference will be given to female candidates. The salary offered ranges from AED 2,500 to AED 3,500, which includes all benefits.
2. Lead Waiter/Lead Waitress The requirements for this position mirror those of the Waiter/Waitress role, but with an emphasis on leadership qualities. The salary package is negotiable and will depend upon the applicant’s previous experience and skills.
3. Commis As with the previous roles, this position is for Arabic or Tagalog speakers with a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role. The salary range is AED 2,500 to AED 3,500 (all-inclusive).
4. Sales Associate/Senior Sales Associate The company is looking for a sales associate/senior sales associate who speaks Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Hebrew, or Japanese. The candidate should have at least one year of relevant experience in sales, whether it’s in their home country or elsewhere. The salary for this role will be based on the candidate’s experience.
5. Retail Supervisor For the Retail Supervisor role, Parisima Talent is seeking candidates with a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in sales. Language proficiency in Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Hebrew, or Japanese is a necessity for this role. The salary offered is in the range of AED 6,500 to AED 7,500, inclusive of all benefits.
