• Uphold High Standards of Food Quality: It is imperative that every dish served meets Al Ghazal Golf Club’s high standards for taste and presentation. This entails following established recipes and cooking methods meticulously, and making adjustments as needed to ensure quality.
• Innovate with the Head Chef: Collaboration with the Head Chef in brainstorming and developing new menu items and daily or weekly specials. This involves experimenting with ingredients and techniques to create innovative dishes that will delight the club’s patrons.
• Maintain Kitchen Cleanliness and Hygiene: Ensuring the kitchen and storage areas are kept clean and organized at all times. This includes regular cleaning of equipment and workspaces, as well as adhering to food safety practices to prevent cross-contamination.
• Inventory Management and Ordering: Keeping track of kitchen inventory, from ingredients to utensils, and assisting in the ordering process to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked without being overburdened with unused supplies.
• Adhere to Health and Safety Guidelines: Following all relevant health and safety regulations is crucial. This includes proper food handling techniques, storage practices, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
